What’s New?

Armor Trims

The new Armor Trims feature enables you to change the look of your armor and give it a unique style that makes you stand out among your fellow Minecraft gamers. But, before you can start customizing your armor, you will need to find a smithing table.

Once you have a smithing table at your disposal, you can begin the customization, and boy is there a lot you can do to change the look. The armor trims come in 11 different patterns and 10 different colors. So, there’s definitely not a shortage of customization possibilities.

In total, you will have more than a hundred possible armor trims to choose from. Only your imagination can put a stop to what you could create.

Sniffer Mob

What would a major Minecraft update be without a new mob added? It would be disappointing, that’s what it would be! Luckily, Mojang decided to add the Sniffer, an ancient mob that was extinct, but now it can be brought back to life.

To bring the Sniffer back to life, you have to find its eggs and help them hatch. Now, finding the eggs can be a challenge, you need to search far and wide across the Overworld. The Sniffer eggs can be found in suspicious sands, which also contain other objects like pottery shards.

Cherry Groves

It wouldn’t be a real major Minecraft update if there was not a new biome added into the mix of all the other biomes. In this update, Mojang added a biome called Cherry Groves, which consists of a pretty environment filled with cherry blossom trees.

The biome is not hard to locate in the Minecraft world, look to the mountains, and you will find it in no time at all. The Cherry Grove biome can usually be found adjacent to the Meadows biome, so now you know what to look out for.
