The Billing Feature has been Released

Hello UltraServers community! After some delay, we are very pleased to announce that the Billing feature has finally been fully released. This means that we are no longer offering a free base plan like we did during the alpha testing phase.

You can now purchase new plans, upgrade your existing plans, and purchase in-plan configuration upgrades such as additional vCores and Storage. Navigate to our pricing page to browse our selection of plans.

Resource Splitting

Remember, at UltraServers we offer resource plans that you can split into multiple game servers. This provides a lot of flexibility in terms of how you choose to split your resources. If you want two game servers, there is no need to get two resource plans.

It is up to you how you split your resources between game servers. For example, You could purchase a 8GB RAM 4 vCore plan and use it for one server, or you could split and create two game servers, each with 4GB RAM and 2 vCores, or any other combination!

This kind of resource splitting feature is unique to UltraServers and allows for seamless management of multiple game servers. No longer do you have to handle multiple invoices, with our resource splitting you can have it all under one single invoice.

Discounts

Now, let us talk about what you all have been waiting for. As a thank you to everyone who participated in the alpha testing phase, and the rest of you who became part of our community in a later stage. We will be giving out hefty lifetime discounts to show our appreciation for all the feedback and support we have received.

Early Birds

We welcome new customers (Early Birds) with a great plan lifetime discount of 20%. Use the code: IAMANEARLYBIRD on the checkout page. This discount will be attached to any plan (8GB or greater) you purchase with the discount code.

Yes, you can use it to order as many plans as you like! As long as you stay on the same plan, your discount will remain. We offer the Early Bird discount in recognition that our service isn’t fully polished. Everything functions well, but the occasional dashboard issue should be expected.

Alpha Testers

If you already had a plan with us, we class you as an Alpha Tester and as such, you are entitled to a massive 33% plan lifetime discount on up to three plans (8GB or greater). This is our extra ‘Thank You’ to everyone who has helped us on our journey.

By now, you should have received an email with your alpha discount voucher. Which you can use to upgrade your current resource plan and receive your lifetime discount as long as you do not cancel or upgrade/downgrade your plan.

On the 7th of November, we will transition all free alpha tester plans into a paid model. This means that your free plan will be suspended on that day if you have not already upgraded your plan and received an invoice.

However, there is no need to worry if you have missed the deadline. We will also ensure that we do not terminate (delete) any service until the 21st of November 2023, giving you plenty of time to save your game data.
