New Server Location in Singapore

Hello UltraServers community members! We are thrilled to share some great news with you today. Over the past few months, as we have received your feedback and requests, many of you have raised the need for more server locations.

We have heard you and also seen the demand grow these past couple of weeks. So, we ordered the hardware and we are pleased to announce that we have added a brand-new server location in the vibrant city of Singapore!

The Demand Speaks for Itself

Our commitment has always been to provide the best gaming experience for our customers. From the increase in users on our current servers, it became evident that it was time to add a new location.

Singapore, with its robust digital infrastructure and strategic location, emerged as the perfect choice. With the deployment of this new server, we are now offering our services in the Asia-Pacific region, and in total across three continents.

Singapore stood out not only for its technological prowess, but also for its central position in Southeast Asia, making it the optimal choice to serve gamers in the surrounding regions. We will be expanding our reach further and deploying additional servers; if the demand is met we will likely also deploy a server in Australia.

A Special Thanks to Our Testers

As you all know, we will soon be transitioning from the Alpha testing phase into the Beta phase which will enable our customers to upgrade their servers. More info can be found here. The Alpha testing phase has truly been a huge part of the development process and has driven it forward in many ways.

Update on Our Germany Server

While we are on the topic of server locations, we have an important update regarding our Germany server. As many of you know, it is currently at capacity, which is a testament to its popularity and our community’s trust in us. We’re grateful for the overwhelming response it has received.

However, we understand that many of you are eagerly waiting to join the Germany server. We want to assure you that we are working diligently to open up more slots. The only delay is integrating our new billing system, which will ensure a smooth and secure transaction process for all our customers. Once it is in place, we will open up sign-ups for the Germany server. So, hang tight and keep an eye out for updates!
