Servers are soft capped at 100GiB by default to prevent abuse. If you are ever to come close to this limit, please open a support ticket and we can increase this limit within a reasonable extent, relative to the current plan. For example, a 4GiB server using 700GiB of storage would not be considered reasonable.

At this time, we don't have hard set guidelines but, generally speaking, as long as your storage usage can be reasonably seen as necessary for gameplay, we'll increase the limit.

You are allowed to host essentially anything as long as it is considered to be directly related to enhancing the game experience, such as a web-based minimap that allows players to view the world through a browser using plugins such as Dynmap, Squaremap, LiveAtlas, Pl3xmap and so on. Websites that are not related to the game in any way or cannot be deemed to "enhance the game experience" are not allowed.

We do not limit how many players can join your server. The player counts displayed alongside the plans are just a recommendation for which plan would be best suited for a certain amount of players under "vanilla" conditions. These counts may vary in practice depending on factors such as mods, plugins and so on.

The amount of vCores provided for each server is unfortunately not publicly available — it is set per plan based on statistics and usage data, taking into account the single-threaded nature of Minecraft servers that do not benefit a lot from additional vCores.

In practice, if you were to face any lag related to the amount of available vCores, you can certainly open up a support ticket and we'll gladly increase the limit to any reasonable extent without additional charges.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer dedicated IPs. The ports that get allocated to your server will be randomly assigned from the pool of IPs that we have available for any given node. In practice, this is not a problem because you can use SRV records for Java edition servers so that players can connect through a domain (ie. play.example.com) without having to enter the port manually (learn how to Use a Custom Domain or Subdomain).

Bedrock servers will unfortunately still require players to enter the port manually as that version of the game does not yet support this functionality.

We do not have a page dedicated to showing our node locations at this time, but our nodes are generally located in the following locations: NA East, NA West, Europe, Asia and Australia (availability depends on CPU type). You can see available locations during the plan purchase flow where you get to select the one that best suits your needs.

The server resources are shared, however we want to clarify that we take the necessary precautions to ensure that the shared nature of the servers does not result in performance issues due to keeping very strict allocation & usage monitoring systems on our nodes.
