How to share your Minecraft server logs

In this guide, we will show you step-by-step how to send your Minecraft server logs through mclo.gs, a convenient tool for sharing logs while protecting your sensitive data. By using mclogs, you can ensure that your IP addresses and other sensitive information remain hidden when you share logs with others.
How to share your Minecraft server logs using mclo.gs
Step 1: Access your server logs
- Go to the File Manager page on your UltraServers dashboard.
- Locate and download the log files on your Minecraft server. They are usually stored in the
logsfolder within the server directory. The most recent log is typically namedlatest.log.
Step 2: Visit mclo.gs
- Open your web browser and navigate to https://mclo.gs/
Step 3: Upload your log file
- Click the "Select a file" button and select the log file you want to share (
latest.logor another log file from your server).
Step 4: Wait for the log file to upload
- Once you have selected your log file, mclo.gs will begin uploading it. Please wait for the upload to complete. (This is instant in most cases)
- Then press the Save button
Step 5: Get your shareable link
- After the log file is uploaded and you pressed the Save button, mclo.gs will generate a unique and shareable link. Copy this link to your clipboard.
Step 6: Share your log link
- Now that you have copied the shareable link, you can send it to whoever needs to view your Minecraft server logs. The link will direct them to a web page containing the logs with sensitive data hidden.
How to share your Minecraft server logs from your console
Step 1: log into UltraServers
- Go to the Console tab.
- Click the copy to clipboard icon at the bottom right of the console.
Step 2: Send the logs to the person who requested them.
- If you are using a private support ticket, you should send these logs there.
